KUALA LUMPUR, 30 April 2009 - Beginning 1 May 2009, PETRONAS customers can look forward to making instant redemption and getting immediate rewards at all PETRONAS stations nationwide under the new PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme.
The all-new loyalty programme has been specially designed to enable customers be rewarded with not only enriching items but also ensuring convenience every step of the way.
The launch of all new PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme is a testament of PETRONAS’ effort in putting its customer’s best interest first and rewarding them for their continuous support.
Customers will be issued with new PETRONAS Mesra Card which will give them access to instant rewards as well as exclusive lifestyle privileges offered by the programme.
With the new PETRONAS Mesra card, customers can now purchase fuel or items from Kedai Mesra using their points, or, enjoy any promotions and discounts offered at PETRONAS stations and its participating partners.
For a start, partners that have come onboard the new loyalty programme includes Aquaria KLCC, Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP), Impiana KLCC Hotel and Spa, PETRONAS Motorsports Official Merchandise, PETROSAINS, The Discovery Centre™, PETRONAS Twin Towers Gift Shop and Twin Towers Fitness Centre.
PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad Managing Director/CEO, En Mohd Sabarudin Mohd Amin, launched the Loyalty Programme in a ceremony held at the Mutiara Damansara PETRONAS Station here, today.
PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme is wholly owned and managed by PETRONAS’ marketing arm, PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad and will replace the previous Kad Mesra-RealRewards programme.
Application for PETRONAS Mesra card can be made at any PETRONAS stations nationwide.
PETRONAS currently has a retail network of more than 900 stations that includes 4 hyper stations nationwide. Out of this, more than 570 stations boast the retail convenience store, Kedai Mesra.
