| Q. | What is MyMesra? |
| A. | The MyMesra website is the official online media for PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB). It is the gateway for PDB's online initiatives with a particular focus towards servicing you as our consumers. |

| Q. | What is different between the old MyMesra and the current one? |
| A. | For one, its design. Navigation is easier and more purposeful. You can now find things that you need in a blink of an eye. The tone of the articles is also different. Articles are more towards enhancing your lifestyle. We feature events and news that is close to your heart and on your community. This time around, we are getting personal with you as our loyal customers. That is why you see that most of the privileges and promotions are only open to registered customers. This is our way of giving something back to you. There are several applications that were in the old MyMesra that have been taken out due to misuse. But not to worry. We are bringing you more as we go along, so come often and check some awesome enhancements soon. In the meantime, please enjoy our blog and forum. PETRONAS Mesra card members can now check their points on the new PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme site. You can also do plenty of stuffs here, so check it out! No PETRONAS Mesra card? No sweat! Apply at your nearest PETRONAS Station and get your card immediately! So all in all, we are trying to say thank you to you. | Q. | What is MyMesra's membership ranking? |
| A. | As part of our practice in upgrading MyMesra services, we are now introducing the member ranking system. This is to avoid any misuse of members towards the services provided here. This ranking system is not related to Kad Mesra, our loyalty card, and neither will it have any effect to your Kad Mesra points.
The ranking system is only used for our MyMesra members, to show how active they are in MyMesra. To explain further, there are 3 types of ranking: Junior, Senior and Master.
Every new member will automatically be a Junior member. For our present members, especially those who have not logged in for the past month will also be a Junior member. From here, your journey will start towards being a Senior and ultimately a Master. To our members who have been active all these while, you are automatically upgraded to 'Masterhood'. Every step forward towards ‘Masterhood’ will all depend on how active you are in the Forum and commenting on the articles. The more active you are in it, the faster you will climb up to seniority. Once you become a Senior, there will be no stopping you (unless if you become naughty and start posting MLMs or Internet business here... ehem...) to gain that Masterhood. Only Masters will be able to have blogs, so keep posting!
What's the difference you may ask? Well, all members are open to read everything on MyMesra. You are also welcome to participate in our contests, promotions and games. What makes the difference is the participation level at our applications. See the table below:

| A. | A lot actually. We have quite a lot of juicy articles in our Food category where you will find interesting tips and reviews of restaurants that will make you drool. For road warriors alike, there’s always something for you in Ride. Check out also our travelogues and travelling tips in Travel. Other than that, you can exchange your views on various topics in our Forum. Also, share your inner thoughts (and secrets!) with readers out there in our Blogs. | Q. | How do I navigate? |
| A. | We have recently introduced a central navigation where you will get to see the same navigation wherever you are on the MyMesra network. Tabs are made available for you to jump from one microsite to the other easily, with whatever content available in that particular microsite brought forward below the tabs.
E-Services such as the PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme, SmartPay Online and soon, from Commercial business, will be available from the central navigation as well. Do get yourselves familiarized with the navigation and you’ll see how easy it is. |

| Q. | Why must I register? |
| A. | In order for you to enjoy what MyMesra is offering, you have to become our member. This is to provide us with better insights of who you are and help us provide the best of everything we have to offer, just for you. And once you’re a member, you can join in the fun and exciting promotions, events, contests and lots more. |

| Q. | What happened to Classifieds, Picture Perfect and Games Center? |
| A. | Due to misuse and misconduct of the above mentioned applications, the old version were taken down from the site. You can still go and play with our games at our new Games Center. Soon you will be able to connect your pictures and blogs to your friends!

| Q. | What is the difference between PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme and MyMesra? |
| A. | While both are the product of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad, both are quite different. PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty Programme is a loyalty programme for our loyal customers. For every purchase of fuel and Kedai Mesra or transactions from our partners you get points, which you can then redeem directly at our stations. For more info on the loyalty programme, please read our FAQ on it, or go directly to our PETRONAS Mesra Loyalty programme site. MyMesra, on the other hand, is the Official Online Media for PDB. It is a website which has its own members, who, more often than not, are PETRONAS Mesra members. So it is not impossible that you are MyMesra member but have yet to have your very own PETRONAS Mesra card, or vice versa. |

| Q. | How do I keep track of the updates of MyMesra? |
| A. | You can choose to be informed of our updates every month by subscribing to our newsletter. Besides that, we will also keep you updated on special promotions and events if they were to suddenly come. You can also get updates from our RSS service. For more info on what is RSS, click here. |
